Welcome to Our
We are so excited to have you here! Please find the night's schedule, food truck menus, and cocktail options below.
Schedule
5:00 - 6:00: Cocktail Hour
- To handle the initial influx of guests, two premade cocktails will be available: Norseman's Sumac Negroni (pretty much just a Negroni) and French Holiday (Mai Tai-esque with a coconut twist).
- N/A drinks are available as well, just ask a bartender.
6:00: Full Norseman Menu Open
- Alex's favorites are the Old Fashioned and the Naked & Infamous. Molly's favorites are the French Holiday and the Tepache.
- The fridge to the left of the bar has a wide selection of Norseman-made non-alcoholic concoctions. Just ask a bartender and they'll pour your beverage of choice. Two speciality N/As, the Bjorn and the Sol, are also available on the main menu.
6:00 - 8:00: Food Trucks Open
- See below for food truck details.
6:30: Speeches
- Feel free to stay in line for food trucks. Speeches will be broadcast over the speakers so everyone inside and outside can hear them.
7:00 - 8:00: Dessert
- Molly and Alex are serving up pie! Find them in the back of the distillery.
8:15 - 10:45: Dance
- Get out there! Our wonderful DJ will take requests.
Food Trucks
Our food trucks are serving small plates. We encourage you to try something from every truck! Each ticket from your envelope can be redeemed for one item at the corresponding food truck.
- Butcher Salt's options each come with a side of fries, so you'll only find one ticket for them.
- To avoid filling up too fast, we recommend spending one of your La Cochinita tickets on their excellent Tostones side dish. That said, if you're dying for both a taco and an empanada, don't let us stand in your way.
- Feel free to trade tickets with those around you if you want more from a certain truck.

Norseman Menu
We know there are a lot of options. Here are some notes to help you make your choices...
- If you like Old Fashioneds, Norseman's is excellent. It is only not Alex's "Signature" cocktail because he didn't want them to be premade. (We recommend either the harvest whiskey or rye variants, the peat version leaves something to be desired.)
- The Fall Gin Tonico is the favorite drink of the Man of Honor and the Mother of the Groom.
- Don't be scared off by the Naked & Infamous's jalapeño and chipotle ingredients. This drink is not spicy, it just has the tiniest bit of spice on the back. It is excellent.
- If you're into Kombucha, try the Tepache.
- The Harvest Moon is essentially a pumkin spice espresso martini. Its sweetness level is just right. Get that caffeine boost and get back on the dance floor.
- They are not kidding with the name "Pickletini". It's quite good, but you better like pickles.
- For a sweeter drink that still has some interesting stuff going on, try the Oh My Glögg.
- The Roses & Thorns is like a floral margarita. It's not our favorite but it's not bad at all.
- The Lillehammer is a bit too sweet for our liking, but if you're looking for a sweetened up French 75 then, well, you have some oddly specific tastes, but, this is it.
- You can't go wrong with any of the classics, but the only one we've had a chance to try is the Old Fashioned.
- Special thanks to our dear friends Kristina and Grant for aiding us in our quest to taste as many of the cocktails on Norseman's brand-new menu as we could last week.
